SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This work session is to give the Council an opportunity to direct staff on next steps for the library expansion project. Communication Manager Erin Greaves will present the online survey
results conducted by the City after the May 2020 bond election and will discuss potential citizen engagement opportunities to refine a future bond initiative. City Manager Anette Spickard
will present some options for future initiatives including timeframes and considerations for election dates. Jacki Rubin, Chair of the Library Trustees, will offer the Library Board’s
perspective.
