SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the March 26, 2020 Council meeting, the City approved a letter to be submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requesting funding for the Airport Master Plan. The Airport
Master Plan will present a strategy for development while considering the potential environmental and socioeconomic impacts throughout the planning period. The FAA is tendering a grant
offer for this project at the McCall Municipal Airport consisting of consulting services to create the Airport Master Plan. The Grant Offer is for $336,332.
The AIP 028 Transmittal Letter and Grant Offer are attached.
The Grant will provide 100% of the funding, no local match is required.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Federal Aviation Administration AIP 3-16-23-028-2020 Grant Award Agreement for the Airport Master Plan Project, ratify the Mayor’s and City Attorney’s actions, and that the
City enter into the agreement.
