This work is necessaryin order to provide new underground electric service for a four story Vincent J. ouncilli,Jr., apartment building at 270 Pleasant Street. WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that, after due notice and hearing as provided by law, the Board may by Order grant to your petitioner permission to construct, and a location for, such a line of conduits and manholes with the necessary wires and cables therein, said conduits and manholes to be located, substantially as shown on the plan made by A.
