TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO ORDINANCE # 11 -18
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough ") as follows:
Section 1 Section I of Ordinance #11 -18 is hereby amended as follows:
The limited time parking restrictions established for the following
roadways shall be amended to include an addition of exception for
"or permit" under the heading ` "'Time Limit ".

Section 2

Section 3
The balance of Ordinance #11 -18 will remained unchanged.
Section 4
All ordinances or parts thereof inconsistent with the provision of

Section 5
If any section, paragraph, sub- division, clause or provision of this
ordinance is adjudged invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to

adjudged and the remainder of this ordinance shall be deemed
valid and effective.
Section 6
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication
according to applicable law.
