The Wellsburg Town Council met in special session on June 10, 1974,
with Mayor Hippen presiding and all council members present. Purpose of
the meeting was to consider the purchase of a new pick up for the town.
Moved by Fairbanks, seconded by Van Deest to accept the bid of Kyhl
Chevrolet -Buick for a price of �3388. Carried.
There being no further business, the meeting stood adjourned.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved on a motion
by Fairbanks, seconded by Heinrich. Carried.

Van Deest moved, Penning seconded the motion to suspend the rules
and waive the 2nd and 3rd readings of Ordinance #1007 authorizing the
placement of a stop sign on the western extension of McAdoo Street.
