Subject: Bal Harbour Finance Department Monthly Check Report for August &
September 2023
The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to transmit to you a Monthly Check Report
from the Bal Harbour Finance Department that I requested to enhance the flow of
communication and transparency.
The attached report reflects all checks issued by the Village throughout the month of May
and August and September 2023 from a report generated directly from our financial
management system.
