SIDERIS, X COUNCIL PRESIDENT MOTION TO APPROVE THE LOAN ORDER FOR $259,400 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF CARPETING AT THE WATERTOWN FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY Watertown Town Council Administration Building 149 Main Street Watertown,MA 02472 ELECTED OFFICIALS: Phone: 617.972.6470 Mark S.Sideris, Council President ORDER# 1 0-2017- 1 Vincent J.Picchilli,Jr., Vice President ORDERED: That$259,400 is appropriated to pay costs of replacing and installing Michael F.Dattoli, carpets at the Watertown Free Public Library, and all other costs incidental and related Councilor At Large thereto; and that to raise this appropriation the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Aaron P.Dushku, Town Manager, is authorized to borrow $259,400 under Chapter 44, Section 7(I)of the Councilor At Large General Laws, or any other enabling authority. Any premium received by the Town upon the sale of any bonds or notes approved by this vote, less any such premium Susan G.Falkoft; applied to the payment of the costs of issuance of such bonds or notes, may be applied to Councilor At Large the payment of costs approved by this vote in accordance with Chapter 44, Section 20 of Anthony Palonrba, the General Laws,thereby reducing the amount authorized to be borrowed to pay such Councilor At Large costs by a like amount.
