HomeMy Public PortalAbout2018-018 Resolution Granting Extension of Time to Record the Reserve of Medina Second Addition PlatMember Pederson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO.2018-18 RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME TO RECORD THE RESERVE OF MEDINA 2" ADDITION PLAT AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.2017-76 WHEREAS, on September 19, 2017, the city of Medina adopted Resolution 2017-76, granting final approval to Toll MN, L.P. (the "Developer") of the plat of Reserve of Medina 2nd Addition; and WHEREAS, the Reserve of Medina 2nd Addition replats the property which is currently legally described as Outlot C, Reserve of Medina, Hennepin County, Minnesota into 44 single- family residential lots and two outlots WHEREAS, under the terms of said resolution, the plat was required to be recorded with Hennepin County within 180 days of adoption of the resolution or the approval was to be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Developer and approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested an extension of time to meet the terms and conditions of approval and to record the plat. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The plat shall be recorded with Hennepin County by September 19, 2018 or the approval shall be considered void, unless a written request for time extension is submitted by the Developer and approved by the City Council. 2.
