Anthony J.Donato, ORDERED: That the sum of$1,242,443 is appropriated to pay costs of renovating North
Councilor At Large Fire Station (Station#3),which renovations shall include,but not be limited to expanding
the bay to accommodate the recently ordered new fire truck, replacing windows, and the
Anthony Palomba, making of various roof, plumbing, heating, HVAC and electrical repairs, including the
Councilor At Large payment of all other costs incidental and related thereto.And that to raise the appropriation
Angeline B.Kounelis, the Town Treasurer, with the approval of the Town Manager, is authorized to borrow
District A Councilor $1,242,443 under M.G.L. Chapter 44, Section 7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling
Lisa J.Feltner, authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town thereof. Any premium received by the
District B Councilor Town upon the sale of any bonds or notes approved by this vote, less any such premium
Kenneth M.Woodland, applied to the payment of the costs of issuance of such bonds or notes,may be applied to
District D Councilor the payment of costs approved by this vote in accordance with Chapter 44, Section 20 of
the General Laws, thereby reducing the amount authorized to be borrowed to pay such

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED: That a copy of said Order be forwarded to the Town
Auditor and Town Treasurer/Collector.

PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS: Michael Dattoli has served as a Town Councilor with distinction and pride and has
demonstrated his true commitment and dedication to the citizenry of the Town of Watertown; and,
WHEREAS: Michael Dattoli was elected by the people of the Town of Watertown to serve as one of
the four At Large Councilors, serving more than one term, for which he has discharged his duties
faithfully, fairly and honorably; and,
WHEREAS: Councilor Dattoli has served as a vital link between local government and the community
it seeks to serve; and,
WHEREAS: Councilor Dattoli served on various subcommittees including Education and School
System Matters Committee, Human Services Committee, and the Personnel and Town Organization
Committee; and
WHEREAS: Councilor Dattoli, an educator, maintained his continuous interest in education and
served on the Steering Committee to Review Space Needs Plans which served as a basis for
Watertown's Building for the Future school renovation program.
NOW THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town Council, acting on behalf of the people of
Watertown, does hereby express its deepest appreciation to Michael and takes great pride in honoring
him tonight. We thank him for his service and wish him well in his new endeavors.
