BE. 1T ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carterct that
chapter 160 of thc (:ode of the Borough of Carteret is hereby amended as
follows:
I) The title of the ordinance as amended to include after the tasl
word "and incoq*orating by reference a certain revised zoning
map".
2) A new section numbered 160 121 is added to read m its entiret5
"160 121 zoning map".
Tile Borough of Carteret is hereby dix iclect into zones or districts as shown on tile
map entitled "Zoning Map of file Borough of Carteret" dated November 1997. as
amended, which is hereby adopted by re6~rcnce and declared to bca part of this
chapter.
BE, IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that this ordinance shall be advertised as
prcscribcd by law.
