The audit checks the status of all licenses to ensure drivers of the police fleet license are valid. Attorneys representing the retailer provided numerous accounting documents pertaining to the theft and the scheme used to defraud the retailer. The victim's accounting team will meet with detectives to review the data. Detectives are working with loss prevention personnel from several stores at the Bal Harbour Shops to develop leads on retail theft cases.
