The following were noted present: PRESR P Mayor Daniel J. Reiman Councilmember Vincent Bellino Jorge Diaz Dennis DiMascio Joseph Sitarz Noted Absent was Councilmembers Randy Krum and Susan Naples. Also noted present was Kathleen M. Barney, Municipal Clerk and Robert Bergen, Borough Attorney. The Clerk stated that on January 9, 2012 the 2012 Annual Notice STATIIII�Ti P= N3PICE was mailed to The Home News, The Star Ledger and posted on the Bulletin Board. Notice was published in The Home News Tribune on January 9, 2012 and in The Star Ledger on January 10, 2012. The meeting was opened with a minute of silent prayer and the Silent Prayer/ Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman . There were no comments from the public. There being no further comments or objections to the Ordinance the Mayor declared the Public Hearing to be Closed upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Diaz and Sitarz and unanimous affirmative vote of the four (4) Councilmembers present. Upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Sitarz and Diaz ORDINANCE #12 -9 ORDINANCE FURTHER AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 07 -09, FINALLY ADOPTED ON JULY 23, 2007 was finally Adopted. Upon individual roll call vote, Councilmembers Bellino, Diaz, DiMascio and Sitarz voted in the Affirmative. Councilmember Krum and Naples were noted Absent. He said it is considered an inactive license but this would allow them to sell it to someone. Mayor Reiman the asked for a motion on the Consent Agenda. Upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Sitarz and Diaz and unanimous affirmative vote of the four (4) Councilmembers present, all Reports were ordered to be received and placed on file. Q JLM 7, 2012 BUSINESS TO BE ADDED: Attorney Bergen said he was going to write a letter in reference to A -2596. Councilmember Sitarz questioned if the high grass on the warehouse side of the bridge going over West Carteret was the county's responsibility. Mayor Reiman said it was either the county or the Department of Transportation or Conrail. He directed the Clerk to email John Dupont to send letters to all the agencies. After no further discussion, upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Sitarz and Diaz and unanimous affirmative vote of the four (4) Councilmembers present, the meeting was Adjourned at approximately 6:07 P.M.
