The Clerk stated that on January 9, 2012 the 2012 Annual Notice STATIIII�Ti P= N3PICE was mailed to The Home News, The Star Ledger and posted on the Bulletin Board. Notice was published in The Home News Tribune on January 9, 2012 and in The Star Ledger on January 10, 2012. The meeting was opened with a minute of silent prayer and the Silent Prayer/ Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Daniel J. Reiman . Q JLM 7, 2012 BUSINESS TO BE ADDED: Attorney Bergen said he was going to write a letter in reference to A -2596. Councilmember Sitarz questioned if the high grass on the warehouse side of the bridge going over West Carteret was the county's responsibility. Mayor Reiman said it was either the county or the Department of Transportation or Conrail. He directed the Clerk to email John Dupont to send letters to all the agencies. After no further discussion, upon MMS &C by Councilmembers Sitarz and Diaz and unanimous affirmative vote of the four (4) Councilmembers present, the meeting was Adjourned at approximately 6:07 P.M.
