In addition,said Company shall,before a public way is disturbed for the laying of its wire or conduits, execute its bond in a penal sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars($100,000) (reference being had to the bond already on file with said Town)conditioned for the faithful performance of its duties under this permit. 4. Said Company shall comply with the requirements of existing by-laws and such as may hereafter be adopted governing the'construction and maintenance of conduits and wires, so far as the same are not inconsistent with the laws of the Commonwealth.
