The Commission discussed the matter of the placing of concrete poles
along AIA with Mr. Ray and it was agreed that this work would begin
in mid - April. It should then be completed in about six weeks.

Corp. was read. Following discussion of this the Town Clerk was in-
structed to write them and request further information such as when

and be submitted to each Commissioner for approval before being
sent to the Club.

Mr. Lilienthal reported that he had been present on behalf of the
Town at the hearing on the suit to have the County take over the
assessing and collecting of taxes for the Town. Judge Hewitt is
expected to make his ruling on the validity of this soon and if
it is held to be valid a further hearing on the fee to be charged
will be set.
Mayor Koch reported that there were no further developments in
regard to the fire contract since the audit of the Town of Ocean
Ridge had not as yet been completed.
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
the meeting was adjourned.
