A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the nght and title to certain property listed below
and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it
has no use whatsoever for said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF
MOAB CITY THAT.
1. The following described property consisting of 17 9 acres is hereby
declared as surplus.
Real Property Located adjacent to the Moab Municipal Golf Course between
Murphy Lane and Cedar Hills Lane known as Tract 4 and described as (see
attached legal description)
2. This resolution shall take affect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing Body
of Moab City Council this 14a' day of December, A D , 1999
