Also, did you get clarification on the fee - whether it was once a year or per event? Since we had a tent for Jazz at the Beach in April 2013, what process do we need to follow at this point? We would be using the same company and type of tent. Although it's not definite, a group may want a tent for their party on the 25th of this month so I wanted to check to see if getting a permit was even a possibility at this point.
