CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2018-31
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT LINDA LANE
WHEREAS, Linda Lane is currently employed as the Administrative Assistant to Planning
and Public Works by the city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on May 15, 2018, Linda Lane submitted a letter of resignation from her position
addressed to the Public Works Director and Planning Director; and
WHEREAS, Linda Lane's resignation from her position shall become effective on July 31,
2018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Linda Lane's letter of resignation is hereby accepted with gratitude for a job well done.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Cousineau
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

This is my fetter of resignation from th City of Medina. My last day of work will be Tuesday,
July 31". ! have enjoyed working for the City these past 11 years and have learned a lot working
fog both Planning and public Works Departments as the Administrative Assistant
t have some fun things planned for the future and am looking forward to this next ,phase in my
life.
Thank you for your patience with me as I learned and grew each year, taking on more
responsibilities.
