Subject:Public records request
Good morning Rita,
I hope all is well. I'm emailing you with a public records request. Please advise if you are no longer the
custodian of Gulf Stream's records.
Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, I request copies
of the following public records:
- Names of all current employees of the Town of Gulf Stream with associated salary, start date, race, gender and
date of birth.
Please provide as complete a list as possible to the date of the fulfillment of this request.
If you deny this request in whole or in part, I request that you advise me in writing, as required by section
119.07(1)(e) and (f), Fla. Stat., of the particular statutory exemption upon which you are relying and that you
state with particularity the reasons for your conclusion that the record is exempt. If an asserted exemption
applies to only a portion of a record, please delete the portion that you claim is exempt and release the
remainder of the record as required by section 119.07(1)(d).
If any questions arise please contact me at 561-820-4405 office; 561-767-1419 cell; or lramadan@pbpost.com.
Thank you in advance,
Lulu

PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA

Re: GS #2685 (Public records request)
Pursuant to Article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119, Florida Statutes,
I request copies of the following public records:
- Names of all current employees of the Town of Gulf Stream with associated salary, start date,
race, gender and date of birth.
Please provide as complete a list as possible to the date of the fulfillment of this request.
Dear Lulu Ramadan [mail to: lramadan@pbpost.com]:
The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated January 28, 2019. You
should be able to view your original request at the following link:
http://www2.gulf-stream.org/weblink/0/doc/122271/Page1.aspx
The names and associated salary portion of your request can be found on page 12 of the
following link:
http://www2.gulf-stream.org/weblink/0/doc/120064/Page1.aspx
The Town now estimates that to fully respond to your request to provide records from all
employees that also reflect start date, race, gender and date of birth will require approximately
one hour of administrative support at $42.90 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing
the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these documents will exceed
your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of responsive records and an
estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the costs of production are
less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive records and a refund.
(One hour @ $42.90) = Deposit Due: $42.90 in cash or check.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your
public records request in a reasonable amount of time. If we do not hear back from you within
30 days of this letter, we will consider this request closed.
Sincerely,
Reneé Rowan Basel
