From: jbryant @cityoflybee.org To: surferforautism @live.com Date: Thu, 21 Mar 2013 13:17:36 -0400 Subject: Application items Hi Don, 4/6 3/30/13 Print Going by last year's permit, I'm guessing some of the following will not apply but could you answer the following questions. • When will the tents be erected? • When will the tents be taken down? • Who will be erecting the tents? • Have you applied for the DNR permit? • What is the wind resistance on the tents? • Need a flame retardant certificate? • Need a copy of liability insurance. • How will the tents be secured? • Will there be tables and chairs? • Will there be electricity? If so, from where? • Will there be generators? • Will there be cooking in the tents? Thanks, Jerris ahni t-hlank 5/6 3/30/13 Print Jerris Bryant Administrative Assistant City of Tybee Island Planning and Zoning 912.472.5033 912.786.9539 - Fax This email and any filestransmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
