AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A WATER RATE FOR THE OPERATION OF A
WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR THE TOWN.
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The schedule of rates and charges be
and the same are hereby defined as follows:
(a) Capacity charge: $13.46 per unit per bi-
monthly billing.
(b) Minimun service charge: The minimun service
charge shall be $19.50 per bi- monthly billing
for 30,000 gallons or less.
(c) Rate per thousand gallons: The rate of all
quantities of water over and above the minimm
bi- monthly service charge is 65� per each 1000
gallons or fraction thereof.
Section 2. All Ordinances and sections thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect April 1, 1982
as approved as provided by law.
