REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey, the Revised General Ordinances of the
Borough of Carteret, Chapter 207 "SEWERS", Article I11 "Sewer Connection Fees"
shall be amended as follows:
207-23 "Use of Funds" shall be deleted in its entirety
All other provisions of Chapter 207, Article 111 shall remain in tull force
and effect.
All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the inconsistency
This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication in accordance
with the law.
