APPROPRIATING $40, 000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND OF THE BOROUGH FOR THE COST
THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TItE BOROUGH COUNCIl, OE THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN TilE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS
FOI,I,OWS:
SECTION 1. The Borough of Carteret, in the County of
bliddlesex, New Jersey, hereby authorizes:
Repairs to equipment (cherry picke~) $20,000
Building repairs (20 Cooke Avenue) 20,000
Total $40,00_ 0
together with ail pnrposes necessary, ]ncidenta] or
appurtenan~ thereto:
SECTION 2. For sa]d improvements or purposes, there is her.~by
appropriated the sum of $40,000.00 which amount is made
available from the Capital Improvement Fund.
SI:'.CTION 3. The Capital Budget of the Borough is hereby
amended to conform with tile provisions of this Ordinance Lo
tile extent of any 5nconsistency herewith.
SECTION 4. The purposes described in Section 1 herein are not
current expenses. These are aL1 Improvements that Lhe Borough
may lawfully undertake as General Improvements, and no part of
Lhe costs thereof has been or shall be specially assessed on
property specially benefited thereby.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by
