Present: Ralph Marotti, Roger Smith, Joan Swaluk, Kathy Krikorian, Tonia St. Germaine, Joan
Bernstein, JoAnn Phillips
Absent: Maureen Callahan, Traci Noone
On a motion by Joan Bernstein, seconded by Tonia St. Germaine, the Minutes of the January
13, 2020 meeting were approved unanimously.
On a motion by Ralph Marotti, seconded by Tonia St.Germaine, the Treasurer's Report was
approved unanimously. The Grant of$4900 is now entered into the books, and with what we
had left over, we now have $5921.62. Two Grant disbursement requests from 2019 are still
outstanding. The Grantees will be reminded to get their paperwork in to avoid loss of funding.
Roger Smith acknowledged receipt of thanks from Grantees First Parish Church and Cape Cod
Chamber Orchestra.
The annual art show primary contact person will be Joan Swaluk. Secondary contact will be
Roger Smith. Applications, typed and printed by Joan Bernstein, will become available March 1
for the application deadline of March 17. Ralph Marotti will put up posters and contact the
appropriate personnel for town email blasts and tv information. Drop off of art will be April 2,
from 4-5:30, and the art will be hung the same day by Ralph Marotti, Joan and Jim Swaluk, and
Joan Bernstein. Artist reception will be April 4 from 3-5. Take down will be April 30 from 2-4,
assisted by Ralph, Joan and Joan.
Roger Smith will devise a feedback form to be distributed at the art show. He will bring a draft of
the form to the next BCC meeting.
The next meeting is scheduled for March 9 at 4pm at Town Hall.
