Notice of Public Hearing on
Proposed Ordinance No . 20 - 07
On May 6 , 2020 at 4 : 30 p . m . , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a public hearing on the
following Proposed Ordinance No . 20 - 07 : To amend Barnstable County Ordinance 90 - 12
Chapter A : the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact
Review to align it with the 2018 Regional Policy Plan .
The virtual public hearing will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public
comment on the proposed ordinances . The full text of the proposed ordinances have been
electronically distributed to the Town Cleric of each town in Barnstable County, are also
available on the Assembly web page, including instructions on accessing the public hearing and
will be detailed on the Assembly meeting agenda of May 6 , 2020 and located at
httos .//www.bamstablecounty . ora/reiaional - aovermnent/assembly-of-delegates/assembly- of-
delewes-aizendas-minutest . Comments can also be emailed to joeonnell @balmstablecounty. org
by Noon on or before the date of the virtual public hearing . The virtual public hearing and
Assembly meeting will be live streamed via YouTube and can also be accessed via the county
web page .
