Notice of Virtual Public Hearing on
Barnstable County Proposed Ordinances No . 20 -01 , 20 -02 , 20-03 , 20 -04
On May 6, 2020 at 4 : 00 p , m. , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a virtual public
hearing on Proposed Ordinance Nos : 20 -01 FY21 County Capital Budget, 20 -02 FY21 County
Operating Budget, 20 -03 FY21 Cape Cod Commission Operating Budget, and 20 -04 FY21
County Dredge Operating Budget .
The virtual public hearing will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public
comment on the proposed ordinances . The full text of the proposed ordinances have been
electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County , are also
available on the Assembly web page , including instructions on accessing the public hearing and
will be detailed on the Assembly meeting agenda of May 6 , 2020 and located at
httDs : //www . bamstablecounty . ora/reaiona l- aovermnent/asseinbly-of-deleizates/assembly-of-
deleiaates -agendas-minutes/ . Comments can also be emailed to joconnell @barnstablecounty . org
by Noon on or before the date of the virtual public hearing . The virtual public hearing and
Assembly meeting will be live streamed via YouTube and can also be accessed via the county
web page .
