AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF BLOCK 6502, LOTS 5 AND 6
TO THE CARTERT REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret ( "Borough ") has
determined that a need exists to transfer title to the following identified parcels of real
property to the Carteret Redevelopment Agency for advancement of the Borough's
redevelopment efforts as authorized by law:
BLOCK/LOT
Block 6502; Lots 5 and 6
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, as follows:
1. The transfer of the aforementioned parcels of real property within the
Borough of Carteret to the Carteret Redevelopment Agency is hereby
authorized and directed for the purposes provided for herein, and for
such other municipal purposes as may be authorized by law.
Adopted this 12 day of July, 2012
