AUTHORIZING BIDS —
MISCELLANEOUS STREETSCAPEINIPROVEbIENTSPROJECT
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in
need of Miscellaneous Streetscape Improvements within the Borough; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of tire Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough Engineer are
hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications for tine Miscellaneous
Streetscape Improvements Project and are further authorized to
advertise for the receipt of formal bid proposals therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Agent and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 21" day of June, 2012
and certified as a true copy the
original on June 22, 2012.
