1.) Memorial Park — Current square footage is 418 ft. We
can extend it by 200 square foot by adding on to the
north side which would give us 3 more stalls in each
restroom. With the extension and upgrades:
$30,000 (In house — Contracted - $60,000)
2.) J. C. Park — By utilizing the old concession stand we can
turn the current men and women's to just men's. We
can add 4 stalls in the old break room which would
double the capacity for both. We would leave the
current handicapped restroom for both. With the
upgrades and modification:
$25,000 (In house — Contracted - $ 60,000)
The Memorial Park extension would involve footing, block
work, and 6 new fixtures.
The J.C. Park would not involve as much construction but would
be more involved as far as plumbing and sealing window
casings.

fluctuate.
