AN ORDINANCE OF THE TCX41 OF GULF STREAM, FLORIDA
PROVIDING THAT CARDINAL CIRCLE, A STREET WITHIN
THE TOWN HE MADE A ONE WAY STREET GOING WESTERLY
AND NORTHERLY AUTHORIZING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT'
OF THE TOWN OF GULF STREAM TO POST THE NECESSARY
SIGN; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
GULF STREAM, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. Cardinal Circle, a street within the town
limits of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida, is hereby designated
as a one way street to be one way going south.
Section 2. The Police Department of the Town of Gulf
Stream is hereby authorized to post the necessary signs indicating
that Cardinal Circle is a one way street going south.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
