The purpose of this Letter to Council (LTC) is to inform you of the following upcoming events and dates
related to Village operations:

Wednesday, November 29, 2023 Resort Tax Committee Meeting (10:30 am)

Thursday, December 7, 2023 Architectural Review Board Meeting (1:00 pm)

Events on the Horizon
Saturday, November 25, 2023 - “The Market at Bal Harbour Beach” (Saturdays &
Sunday, November 26, 2023 Sundays, 11:00 am – 5:00 pm)
The Market, hosted weekly on Saturdays and Sundays,
offers a variety of fresh fruit and artisanal food for you
to enjoy during your stroll on the beach. Located on the
beach path by 96 Street.
Monday, November 27, 2023 “Full Moon Yoga on the Beach” (5:15 pm – 6:15 pm)
Join us for a rejuvenating yoga class under the full
moon. The class will take place on the beach by the
jetty. RSVP to Marie or events@balharbourfl.gov.
Thursday, November 30, 2023 “Unscripted Art Chat ft. Sports History in South Florida”
Postponed until further notice. (12 pm – 2 pm)
Sunday, December 3, 2023 “The Power of Words, Opening Reception with artist
Tania Esponda Aja” (4 pm)
Join us as we bring Miami Art Week to Bal Harbour.
This original exhibit, which will be located along the
Beach Access path south of Oceana, is a temporary
installation from local resident, and international artist,
Tania Esponda Aja, which seamlessly unites nature and
art. In the artist’s original language, vibrant red words
thread emotions and meanings around the natural
landscape of the area. RSVP to Marie or

Sunday, December 3, 2023 - “Unscripted Bal Harbour Art Basel Miami Art Week”
Sunday, December 10, 2023 Join us for an exquisite lineup of art events and
activities throughout South Florida. Experience the
best of Miami Art Week with leading galleries by
masters of modern and contemporary art, as well as a
new age of emerging stars. Please refer to LTC 167-
