Attached is the cost estimate for the installation of the 2 Lane Automated
Traffic Recording system on US 80 on the East Side of Lazaretto Bridge.
As we previously discussed the site will installed under the guidelines of our
current Georgia Department of Transportation Contract. Contract # 48400-
120-00000000021. The line items and pricing are current and provide the
State of Georgia and all parties including Southern Traffic Services with
guidelines that meet or exceed all requirements of the State of Georgia,
Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
Upon Signature of the Attached Document (Task Work Order) by
representatives of the City of Tybee and Authorization to Proceed Letter on
City of Tybee Island Letterhead the work process will begin. Southern Traffic
Services will place order for Peek 3000 ADR, Type III Cabinet, 15' Pelco Pole,
100 Amp Hour Battery, Sierra Wireless XP modem, 100 amp Solar Panel, Pull
box, grounding electrodes, and all cables to provide connectivity to the ADR
and Modem.
