A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING
A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF NEW
WATER WELL NO. 22
WHEREAS, plans and construction documents for the development and
construction of Water Well No. 22 are nearing completion; and
WHEREAS, an Initial Environmental Assessment has been made for the
construction and operation of the well; and
WHEREAS, the Initial Environmental Assessment finding is a Negative
Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the Negative Declaration has been prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopts the
NegativeDecla ration for the Construction and Operation of New Water Well No. 22.
Project No. 4011.67.984.
Section 2 . That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
approval /adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of the Negative
Adoption and this Declaration.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15 day of November, 2011.
