A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ISSUE A PURCHASE ORDER TO JIMENEZ FURNITURE
& CARPET IN THE AMOUNT NOT -TO- EXCEED $17,359 FOR THE REMOVAL AND
INSTALLATION OF NEW CARPET AT CITY HALL NORTH
WHEREAS, the City received price quotes from three companies; and
WHEREAS, the intent of the request for quotation is to receive considerable
price reductions based on bulk purchasing.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council authorizes staff to issue a purchase order to
Jimenez Furniture & Carpet in the amount - not -to exceed $17,359.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3 . The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15 day of November, 2011.
