The web site will contain categories(pages)that are accessible through the home page—including a custom designed home page. • Home page will contain a customized flash design if requested. • Cybergolf will design"self-administration"capabilities for the Home Page and remaining"custom pages" —to be specified by municipality named above. Please note: Municipality named above will have the ability to add as many pages to their site as desired via the custom admin. • In addition, Cybergolf will build in an online"Master Calendar"with full self admin capabilities so Municipality named above can post up their calendar of events at any time. • Cybergolf will build out up to 20 pages of content(either new or pre-existing content). Each additional page of content can be built out by a representative for Municipality named above for no additional charge using the tools provided within the web site admin. Or, Cybergolf will build out additional pages beyond the initial 20 pages for an hourly rate of$125 per hour. • The Municipality named above will supply all storyboard content for the web site stated within this agreement. In addition, the Municipality named above will be given a maximum of two reviews for the home page static comp and overall site design. Any additional review cycles will be charged at an hourly rate of$125 per hour.Note: Hosting of web site for Municipality named above will be done by separate agreement. I understand this document is an agreement for the services stated above for the Municipality named above, and that Cybergolf will perform the services stated above in a timely manner. This agreement authorizes a representative from Cybergolf to access the graphics via the web site or any other source for the Municipality named above for the purpose of completing the services stated within this agreement. In no event will Cybergolf be liable for consequential damages. E-mail Address: e-mccormu.IC eN1Ka((.1Lus • Billing Contact: L.ivtdc,,, 54e,//t5 Email Address: 1S+0.tes c� ec,41(, l4.o5 Cybergolf will do the following for the Municipality("Golf Course")named above: • Host the website for the Municipality named above on a secure platform or provide the IP address for the website so the Municipality remains in control of the website domain name at all times. • Back-up all Data on a daily basis. • Includes up to 10 email boxes per course.Additional email boxes are$50 per year. • Set up a custom broadcast module,where the Golf Course named above will have access to their own email broadcast system, which will enable the Golf Course named above to email broadcast news&updates,golf specials, and custom newsletter messages at any time. • The email broadcasts will reach golfers through and automated email system—designed to reach named Golf Course's own database of golfers through email and through the named Golf Course's own web site—if desired. • Cybergolf will host the email broadcast module and the database for the Golf Course named above on a secure platform. The database for the Golf Course named above will not be sold or shared. Database will have sorting capabilities by record type and location. Note: Cybergolf will only upload"opt-in"email addresses. The Golf Course named above owns the data for their system as well as their web site text&graphics.Should the Golf Course named above leave Cybergolf as a client—Cybergolf will return all email data,web site text and web site graphics to the Golf Course. • Technical support for this program is available during normal business hours Monday-Friday at no additional cost to Golf Course named above. All data will be username and password protected for the Golf Course named above and all data will be backed-up on a daily basis by the Cybergolf technical department. I understand this document is an annual agreement for the Golf Course named above and the systems listed above may only used for the Golf Course named above.The effective annual anniversary date for this program is April 1. This agreement for the Golf Course named above will remain valid for 365 days from the effective anniversary date and will renew automatically unless the Golf Course named above gives Cybergolf(30)days written notice prior to anniversary date.Note:The rate for this program is subject to change with written notice. I understand that late payment by the Golf Course named above may cause interruption to the hosting of its online systems.
