AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT SERVICES FOR
THE GRAND WATER AND SEWER SERVICE AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City of Moab (hereafter City ') and the Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency
(hereafter Agency ) entered into an agreement providing for, among other things, the terms and
conditions for the Crty's providing wastewater treatment services for the Agency, and
WHEREAS, Section 10 of said agreement provides for the adjustment of user tates for satd
service, and
WHEREAS, the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant has had increases in costs at the treatment
plant as well as increases in rates for City sewer customers, and
WHEREAS, the City has not adjusted the user rate assessed on the Agency to reflect these
increases
NOW, THEREFORE, we, the Governing Body of the City of Moab do resolve to adopt the
following user rate schedule for Wastewater Treatment Services for the Grand Water and Sewer
Service Agency as follows
Wastewater Treatment Rates for Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency
Residential S6 60 per hook-up
Small Commercial S7 60 per hook-up
Large Commercial $13 20 per hook-up
Trailer Space S3 54 per space
Motels S13 20 plus S1 52 x number of drains in excess of five
This resolution shall take effect on January 1, 2001
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of the City of Moab in open session
this 28th day of November, 2000
