AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR 2012 ROAD PROGRAM
WHEREAS, there is a need to repair and/or resurface various roads within the Borough
of Carteret with regard to the 2012 Road Program; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept bids for said
services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for said
services.
