I am also requesting a facesheet or summary of all internal affairs investigations that were closed between January 1, 2019 to April 4, 2019 to date request is complete. Please include summaries for ALL investigations, including, but not limited to: internal affairs investigations, citizen complaints, personnel complaints, division level investigations, use of force investigation, display of firearm reports and discipline review requests. Please also include any disciplinary attachments along with the summary. If you deny this request in whole or in part, I request that you advise me in writing, as required by section 119.07(1)(e) and (f), Fla. Stat., of the particular statutory exemption upon which you are relying and that you state with particularity the reasons for your conclusion that the record is exempt. If an asserted exemption applies to only a portion of a record, please delete the portion that you claim is exempt and release the remainder of the record as required by section 119.07(1)(d). WPTV will pay for the “actual cost of duplication” of the public records as defined by Florida Statutes, section 119.011(1). Please advise me of these costs before taking any billable steps. In light of the nature and importance of the records, I request that the records be made available immediately, and in an electronic format if possible. If any questions arise please contact me. After a period of consideration, I have decided to retire after 13 years of service to the community as a Police Officer. Working with my colleagues throughout my career has been one of the best experiences in my life. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to serve and protect the Gulf Stream Community. I am sure the Gulf Stream police will continue to work toward the betterment and protection of our community's people. I sincerely want to thank you for the advice and mentoring these past few years.
