Dear Madam Custodian – please provide the following:
1.All records which include (or refer to any of the following): Martin Reeder, Elaine James, Martin or Jonathan
O’Boyle, Bill Ring, Asset Enhancement or Stopdirtygovernment, the O’Boyle Law Firm or Commerce.
This request: (a) excludes any pleadings filed with any Court and any Agendas and materials attached to any
such Agenda’s, must only to the extent that such Agenda’s and materials were made available to the Public, but
(b) includes any records generated, created, stored, sent or received by any employee, commissioner for the
Town of Gulf Stream or any of their counsel. By way of example (but not limitation), we note that we are seeking
all emails (including those on other than the Town’s servers), all text messages (on personal accounts and
otherwise), all transcripts (except as attached to Agenda’s) and all video’s (other than as already posted on You
Tube).
This request is made for the period beginning January 1, 2018 through today.
In connection with this request, we would ask that you make sure that you make a request to counsel to all
parties as enumerated above.
We request that if the Town, in order to properly respond to this request, feels that there are any ambiguities,
that they make proper inquiry asking for clarification.
Prior to requiring a Deposit, we would ask that you proceed with preparing your estimate, whereupon, we will provide
you such amounts as reasonably (and statutorily) required to fulfill this request without delay.
