3. ATTORNEY UPDATE — BAL HARBOUR CLUB VS. BAL
HARBOUR VILLAGES Mr. Wolpin explained that the purpose of this meeting is to
request that the Village Council authorize the holding of an Attorney Client Executive
Session in reference to the litigation of Bal Harbour Club versus Bal Harbour Village. He
advised that the reason for this request is to invoke the procedures, under the statutes, that
allow an executive session. Mr. Wolpin explained that in order to do so, the Village
Attorney first has to make the request in an open public session. Mr. Wolpin requested
that the Council authorize the scheduling of an Executive Session to be held with the
Council and the Village's litigation attorneys. It was the consensus of the Council to have an
Attorney Client Executive Session Meeting on May 30, 200I, at 6:00 p.m.
