AN ORDINi~NCE PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS OF
THE BOROUGH i~ECREATION FACILITY FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY,
APPROPRIATING $40,000.00 FROM THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND-FUND BALANCE OF THE BOROUGH FOR
THE COST THEREFOR.
BE; IT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTERET IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS
SECTION i. The Borough of CartereL, in the County of
Middlesex, New Jersey, hereby authorizes the improvements ef
the Borough Recreation Facility together with all purposes
necessary, incidental or appurtenant thereto:
SECTION 2. For said improvements er purposes, there is hereby
appropriated the sum of $40,000.00 which amount is made
avai=ab,e from the Capital Improvement Fund-Fund Balance.
SECTION 3. The Capital Budget of the Borough is hereby
amended to conform with the previsions of this Ordinance to
the extent ef any inconsistency herewith.
SECTION 4. The purposes described in Section 1 herein are net
current expenses. These are all Improvements that the Borough
may lawfully undertake as General Improvements, and no part of
the cosEs thereof has been or shall be specially assessed en
property specially benefihed thereby.
SECT£ON 5. This Ordinance shall Eake effect as provided by
Law.
