AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE 2012 MOWING AND TRIMMING
OF BOROUGH FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret requires lawn maintenance services of various
kinds within the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has solicited and received sealed bid proposals for
said services; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has reviewed all bid proposals and has recommended
the award of a contract to provide said services to
Donofrio and Son, Inc.
Borough Facilities - 1 Year Contract
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized
to enter into a contract with Donofrio and Son, Inc. for the
2012 Mowing and Trimming of Municipal Facilities for a I
year contract in accordance in all respects with the request for
proposals and bid on same, and the approval of the Borough
Engineer.
Adopted this 16' day of August, 2012
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 17, 2012.

By and between: D "Onofrio & Sons Inc.

Maplewood, NJ 07040
And the Boroueh of Carteret a municipal Corporation having its Principal Office at the
Borough Hall, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey.
As per Resolution Number 12 -142.
THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following:
CONTRACT FOR 2012 MOW & TRIM MUNICIPAL FACILITIES AS PER BID.
NOT TO EXCEED $2,100.00
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in the
Resolution.
IN 'WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunder set their hands and seals or
caused these presents to be signed by their proper corporate officers and their corporate
seals to be hereto affixed, the day and year written above.
