CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2018-57
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
KAREN AND KENNETH RICHELSEN
WHEREAS, Karen and Kenneth Richelsen have generously offered to donate $1,570.78
(the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated towards supplies to build a Pavilion at Maple
Park for Mark Richelsen's Eagle Scout Project; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Karen and
Kenneth Richelsen for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Karen and Kenneth Richelsen.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Cousineau upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Anderson, Cousineau, DesLauriers, Martin, Pederson
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
