AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT
FOR THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET, COUNTY OF
MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $60,000
FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND-FUND BALANCE
FOR THE COST THEREFOR.
8E iT ORDAINED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF THE BOROUGH OF
CARTn~R~T 1N THE COUNTY OF H!DDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY,
FOhLOWS:
AS
SECTION 1. The Borough of Carteret, in the C , ~
ouney
Hiddlesex, New Jersey, hereby authorizes General
Improvements together with all purposes necessary,
incidental or appurtenant there%o,
of
SECPI~N 2. For said improvements or purposes, there is
hereby appropriated the slim of $60,000 which amount is made
available from the Capital Improvement Fund-Fund Balance
SECTION 3.

The Capital Budget of the Borough is hereby
conform with the provisions of this Ordinance to
ef any inconsistency herewith.
~EC~(}~J 4. The purposes described in Section 1 herein are
not current expenses. These are all Improvements that the
Borough may lawfully undertake as General Improvements, and
no part oS the costs thereof has been er shall be specially

SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by
Law.
