I explained his situation to him. He seems to understand the need to get things cleared up. The tiles are definitely asbestos. I wrote him two citations: Failure to obtain a permit and Violation of Stop Work ord: The Court date is 7/5/11.)I'Il need you and Ray there please. I told him that it would behoove him to get in touch with you and Ray before Court. Let me know if I can help. On another front, Marianne Bramble is having issues with the DeSoto and the Funky Fish. (CRN # 2011062012). I'll bring everyone up to speed Monday AM when y'all have time. The main focus is whether or not the Funky Fish is required to obtain a separate parking lot license if they allow the DeSoto to utilize their lot.
