Comments:
Tybee Permit Office,
Following, please find an application for a building permit to repo cabinetry at 1217 Bay Street,
Unit 218B of Savannah Beach and Racquet Club. I am wondering. I was told the permit was
required due to the plumbing and electrical reconnections associated with this cabinet renewal.
Will the plumber need to pull a permit as well or will he be covered under the permit that we are
pulling? I know of no need to involve an electrician. Appliances will be unplugged and new
ones plugged -in. The new range came with an adapter for the old receptacle. Please advise in
that regard.
There will also be additional reno that I was told would not need to be included in the permit but
that we do want to make you aware of. We will be repainting the unit, replacing existing carpet
with a vinyl laminate flooring, and replacing baseboards and adding shoemould to finish the
new flooring installation. I think that is all I have for now. Please issue a permit for us. If you need
