NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION AND SPECIAL MEETING OF
RICHMOND COMMON COUNCIL
An executive session of the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana will be
held on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room located on the

Second Floor of the Richmond City Building, 50 North 5 Street, Richmond, Indiana.
The purpose of the executive session is for interview and negotiations with industrial or
commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects by a governing
body of a political subdivision.
Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4)
Following the Executive Session, at 7:00 p.m. on May 23, 2016, there will be a Special
Meeting of the Richmond Common Council held in the Community Room on the Second

Floor of the Richmond City Building, 50 North 5 Street, Richmond, Indiana. The
purpose of the Special Meeting is, among other possible items, to discuss and consider
action regarding Resolution No. 3-2016, a Resolution of the Richmond Common Council
Approving Project with Heartland Pet Food Manufacturing Indiana, LLC, and Approving
Funding for Both Railroad Spur and Road Improvements. Common Council may also
take other action that comes before it.
