RESOLUTION NO. 2021-06-02
A RESOLUTION EXECUTING A CHANGE ORDER WITH UNITED COMPANIES FOR THE
RESURFACING OF CR 72
WHEREAS, the 2021 Budget provides funds for street repairs and replacement for asphalt.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1.The Town Board authorizes the execution of a $30,000 change order with
United Companies for the remobilization expenses for CR 72.
2. Staff is authorized and directed to move forward with the resurfacing of CR72.
3. Project Expenditures are included in the 2021 Town Budget.
