RESOLUTION NO. 2021-06-03
A RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURES FOR A PUBLIC WORKS
THE 2021 ROADWAY RESURFACING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the 2021 Budget provides funds for street repairs and replacement for asphalt.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1.Staff is authorized and directed to move forward with contracting for the asphalt
work as proposed on Eisenhower Dr. and Rendezvous Road.
2. A contract with RME Ltd., LLC dba Elite Surface Infrastructure shall be
executed along with the Town of Winter Park.
3. Expenditures of not more than $396,179 are authorized for the work
