widely recognized national standards. This ensures that our windows will provide a lifetime of reliable,
energy saving performance. When shopping for windows, make sure to compare structural and thermal
performance ratings to ensure that you are purchasing reliable, energy efficient windows.
Windows are structurally tested to the American Architectural Manufacturers Association 101 specification.
When comparing the structural performance of windows look for the design pressure rating (DP rating).
Design pressure is a window's resistance to wind and other dynamic pressures. The higher the DP rating,
the better.
