RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PLACE -TO -PLACE TRANSFER OF ABC LICENSE
91201 -33- 013.008 EDIO COPR.
WHEREAS, an application has been filed for a Place -to -Place transfer (Expansion of
Premises) of Plenary Retail Consumption License #1201 -33- 013 -008 for purposes of
expanding the premises under license wherein the sale, service and storage of alcoholic
beverages are authorized; and
WHEREAS, according to law, the application for transfer was advertised in The Home
News Tribune, a newspaper circulated in the Borough of Carteret and no objections, either
verbally or In writing, were filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Municipal Clerk
regarding said transfer.
WHEREAS, the submitted application is complete in all aspects, the transfer fees have been
paid and the license has been properly reviewed for transfer; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret hereby approves, effective September 6, 2012 the expansion of the aforesaid
Plenary Retail Consumption licensed premised located at 1241 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey, to place under license the area delineated in the application form and sketch of
licensed premises attached hereto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the endorsement of this Place -To -Place transfer; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two (2) certified copies of this resolution be sent
forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensing
Bureau, and CN -087.

and certified as a true copy of the original
on September 7, 2012.
